All the character sprites for Street Fighter II (Turbo Remix) are being redone. Thus far it's been character posing or in action shots. Chun Li however, premiers with her losing animation. And as Capcom Digital points out "...you’ll notice some random splotches on her. That’s blood that has not been colored in yet." Right.
