Kotaku reports that TurboGrafx games will be released on the virtual console. The first to arrive will be "Ys Book I & II and Chou Aniki ."

Chou Aniki....can you believe it?

Majoria's News reports (September 13th post) that there is a new character in Soul Calibur 4 -named Hilde. She looks like a knight - very cool. Links to the pics are here at MadMan's Cafe.

One last thing (also from Kotaku) - The new version of Winamp will allow you to stream songs from you computer onto your Wii. Very cool. Then again, I never stopped using Winamp (but apparently everyone else did?)

Soul Calibur 4 has been confirmed to have online play by SD Tekken. A couple of the details about SC4 that have been revealed are as follows:

• New characters will be kept under wraps and revealed closer towards the release date
• “Guard Impact” is back.
• The amount of detail in the game will be amazing! “The leather straps on Ivy’s thighs make real-time indentations into her skin as she fights.” *head desk* *head desk**head desk* Gah, I hope this one was a joke...

An arcade style controller is getting released for the Wii. Since theres no SC4 release for the Wii, this gives hope for other fighters to get released on the console. (Can we get a Killer Instinct virtual console game? Plz?) (source: Kotaku)

Soul Calibur 4 bomb dropped...quietly

Kotaku just posted the debut 'video' from Soul Calibur 4. (not that the video shows much) We can all now safely assume that SC4 is the 'secret' feature in the July issue of EGM.

I'm "retired" from Soul Calibur, but I'll dust off a controller for the new SC. I don't get to own this version though. It's Ps3 & 360 with the Wii getting the exclusive adventure game Soul Calibur Legends. However, I regret nothing in my Wii purchase. Legends it is for me. I'll roll over to the local console gaming center for SC4.

Oh by the way, Ivy's outfit got smaller! It IS possible! HAH!
