Overclocked Remix (aka OCRemix) put together a fantastic 'album' called Blood on the Asphalt, which remixes classic Street Fighter tracks. I suggest you give it a listen. It has it's own site here.
(Ha, Blogger doesn't seem to like link formatting, even though the preview of the comment looked fine. Don't mind the deleted comments).
As far as I'm concerned, there's nothing wrong with some delayed pimping. Of course, I'm biased here.
Thanks for the kind words on "Blood on the Asphalt!" We're looking forward to when edited versions of several of the tracks from BotA finally debut in Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix later this year. Keep an eye out for that!
Don't know how familiar you are with OC ReMix, so apologies if this isn't new information. But if you haven't checked out our other free albums yet (http://www.ocremix.org/albums/), I hope you enjoy them (even if you're not familiar with the specific games being arranged). We've also got over 100 hours' worth of free music that you can snap up via our torrents. (http://bt.ocremix.org/)
I see you like comics as well. Modeled after my own heart. Keep up the good work, goldfish!
