Lots of new stuff for you to see and hear these days. As everyone and their grandma already knows, Marvel vs Capcom 2 is being ported to XBLA and PSN. All of the obligatory 'Take you for a ride', Mahvel Baybee and Curleh Mustache (audio NSFW on that link) jokes have already been made.



I'm more excited about Garou coming out on the 360 myself. Hope it makes it to the US.

Atlus Hacked

Ugh, bad news for fan favorite Atlus (and everyone that's logged into their site in the past couple of days). Got this warning in my email box.

Dearest fans of Atlus,

Today (4/24/2009), our web domain (atlus.com) was hacked and compromised. A third-party entity embedded malicious code into the script, and regretfully, for a period of a few hours (from roughly 9:00am PST until 2:30pm PST), this malicious software (which we believe we have identified as a Trojan) may have made its way onto your systems.

The faith and trust of our fans is of the utmost importance to us, a responsibility we don't take lightly. As such, we are deeply troubled by this development, and we are now working to repair and restore the website.

We advise any and all of our fans, whether they visited our website or not in the past day or two, to protect their computers with anti-virus software and to run malware removal software on their systems to ensure that their security is not compromised.

As we work quickly to restore the Atlus website and to investigate the nature of this security breach, we ask for your understanding and patience.

5 Years of Pulling Mad Agg

Kotaku reports that City of Heroes is celebrating it's 5th anniversary. (because I needed another reason to feel old, haha) Lots of events are going down and for the avid badge hunters (like me!), there will be a 5th Anniversary Badge awarded

Beginning at 11am EST on Wednesday, April 29th and continuing until 11:59pm EST on Sunday, May 31st, we will be issuing each individual character you log into the game with

From 11am EDT on April 28th to 12am EDT on April 29th, get ready to re-experience some of the things that have made City of Heroes® the great game that it is over the past five years! The festivities will be more fun than you can shake a stick at, and will include plenty of opportunities to earn merits, badges and XP.
